GullyVisit is a field sales platform operated by Gully System Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"): mobile and web apps for beat planning, visit logging, order capture, collections and reporting. These terms apply to every workspace, user and visitor.
A workspace is created for your business by an owner who is responsible for the users they invite. Keep credentials safe; activity under your account is your responsibility. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for your business.
Business data entered by your team — outlets, catalogs, orders, visits, collections — belongs to your business. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.
Don't use GullyVisit to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other workspaces, or to resell the service without our written agreement.
Paid plans are billed per active rep per month as described on the pricing page. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We aim for the service to be available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Offline-first design means reps can keep working through outages; queued data syncs on reconnection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate workspaces that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, data export and deletion follow the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to workspace owners in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
