The questions distributors actually ask us before they hand the app to a rep. If yours isn't here, WhatsApp us — a person replies.
An app for sales teams that sell by visiting shops. Your reps get the day's route on their phone, check in at each store, book the order there and then, and record any money collected. You see the whole day add up without calling anyone.
About half an hour for a small distributor. Create your workspace, add your products with your case rates, add the stores you cover, add your reps, then assign each of them a set of stores. Nothing is pre-filled with fake data — the workspace starts empty and everything in it is yours.
No. The web app runs in any browser — that is where owners and managers do setup and check numbers. Reps use the Android app on their phone, which we send you directly.
Not yet — today you add them in the app, which is quick for a few dozen items. If you have hundreds, send us the sheet and we will load it for you while bulk import is being built.
Not today. The Android app is what we hand out, because that is what field teams in India carry. An iPhone build is on the roadmap; owners and managers can use the web app on an iPhone browser in the meantime.
The check-in records the rep's GPS position at the store, and every visit carries a timer from entry to exit. Add the shelf photo and you can see the visit from your desk. It is verification, not surveillance — the app takes a location reading when the rep checks in, and does not follow them around all day.
The app keeps working — the rep can carry on with the visit and the screens do not freeze or throw errors. Be aware of the honest limit today: orders and payments recorded while completely offline are not yet queued for automatic upload, so we ask reps in low-signal markets to complete the check-out once they have a bar of signal. Full offline queueing with background sync is the next thing being built.
Around thirty seconds once they know the catalog. Products are grouped by category with your case rate, the MRP and any scheme on the same line, so there is no price list to flip through and no mental arithmetic at the counter.
They record what they collected — cash or UPI — and the store's outstanding balance drops immediately in your books. The app does not process the payment itself; the money still moves the way it does today.
They mark the stop skipped with a reason, which you see on the beat. Nothing is silently dropped, and the outlet stays available to re-plan.
The whole flow is check in, tap products, check out. If they can forward a WhatsApp message, they can book an order. The part that usually wins them over is the score and the leaderboard, not the training.
You add each rep with their email and a password you set, then tell them what it is. They sign in with that — there is no code to remember and nothing for them to configure.
Only the work you assign them and your catalog. They do not see other reps' beats, and they cannot change products, outlets or team members. Managers can do everything an owner can except remove people.
You reset it yourself in seconds from Manage → Team, and tell them the new one. No waiting on us.
Remove them from Manage → Team and their access ends immediately. Every visit, order and collection they recorded stays in your records — removing a person never deletes your business history.
Yes. Assigning a store to a rep gives them that stop for the day; the same outlet can go to someone else tomorrow, or to a second rep the same day if that is how your territory works.
Seven days, every feature unlocked, no card asked for. On day eight the workspace pauses until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted — your outlets, orders and visits are exactly where you left them when you come back.
₹199 per rep per month. Managers who only view dashboards are free, and there is no charge per outlet or per order — load ten thousand shops if your territory has them.
Anyone who logs field visits in that month. If a rep leaves mid-month, replace them at no extra cost.
No. It is monthly, and you can stop whenever you like. Annual billing is available if you prefer it and comes with two months free.
Payments go through Razorpay. To subscribe or cancel today, write to hello@gullysystem.com or WhatsApp us — self-serve billing inside the app is being built. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. The full rules are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Only your team. Each workspace is separated in the database, and one company's outlets, orders and rates are never visible to another. We do not sell data, and we never share one customer's information with another.
Yes. Ask us and we will send your outlets, orders, visits and collections in spreadsheet-friendly files — during your trial, while you are a customer, or on the way out. Your data is not our hostage.
The workspace pauses and your team cannot record new work, but nothing is deleted. Subscribe again and everything is where you left it. If you ask us to delete the workspace, we do so within 30 days.
Hashed with a random salt, never in plain text, and never returned by the app or the API — not even to you as the owner. That is why resetting a rep's password means setting a new one rather than looking up the old one.
No, and we do not intend to. The app takes a location reading when a rep checks in at a store, to confirm the visit happened there. There is no continuous background trail. We think verification earns trust with a field team; tracking loses it.
Ask us directly — you will get a person, not a ticket number.
